PeopleSoft HCM techno-Functional Consultant
San Antonio, Texas
6-12 Months

Job Description:
•PeopleSoft HR  - Techno-Functional candidate with 6 to 8 years of experience in PeopleSoft projects
• Experience in Coordinating and Leading the offshore team
•  Should possess rich Peopletools Technical skills and experience in multiple Enhancement/implementation projects.
•Should have a profound knowledge in Software Lifecycle with multiple project release experience.
•Customer facing experience.
•Should have worked in Onsite-offshore model in multiple projects with the ability to lead and handle Offshore team in India and be responsible for delivery.
•Capability to handle  multiple enhancement projects in parallel.

Additional
•6+ years of  experience  required in Application integration project
•6+ years of experience in HCM system
•Functional Knowledge required on core HR, Talent Acquisition, Profile Management, Employee and Manager Self Service and Payroll
•Expertise required on PeopleTools 8.52 with: Application Designer, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Integration Broker, Application Engine, SQR and XML Publisher
•Hands on Oracle SQL experience and ETL required
•Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies
