Relevant Experience (Yrs) :
• 6+ Years of IT experience, 1.5 – 2 Yrs of Fusion HCM experience
Technical/Functional Skills :
• Implementation experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Application in Fusion Compensation Management.
• Strong Knowledge on Fusion Functional Setup Manager.
• Deep Experience on Compensation Management related business processes.
• Knowledgeable about Fusion Co-Existence scenarios.
• Good knowledge on Fusion Application Security
• Ability to map Business processes in Fusion Application.
• Experience in conducting proof-of-concept, developing prototypes and building reference models
• Good Communication and status reporting with customer
• Effective coordination with multiple technical and support team
• Work with the development staff to determine project requirements for test/production environments
• Reports progress and activity to project leader and/or manager on a continuing basis
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Work with IT and Business management to evaluate complex user requirements
• Propose solution to the customer for best fit of functional requirements
• Design document and solutiondocument preparation
• Configure the application to implement business requirements
• End User Training
• Have strong base on implementation project related activities
• Experience in conducting proof-of-concept, developing prototypes and building reference models
• Conducts system analysis and software design proposals
