Role: SQL DBA(Only Locals)

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Duration: 6 months contract

Interview Process: Telephonic + in-person

 

ONLY LOCALS………………………………….

 

 

·               SQL Server 2008 administration, troubleshooting and performance tuning and monitoring.

·               Strong enforcement of corporate data security policy

·               Assist in administration/debugging of Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008, SSRS and SSAS

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

·               5+ years work experience in SQL Server 2005/2008 Database Administration

·               Very strong knowledge in troubleshooting SQL 2005/2008 system/query performance

·               Complete understanding of relational database concepts

·               Strong knowledge of T-SQL and stored procedure programming

·               Proficient knowledge of SQL Server indexing and locking behavior

·               Working knowledge of Windows server, Storage Area Networks and Windows system performance monitoring

·               Excellent problem solving skills

·               Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·               Microsoft Certification in SQL Server 2005/2008 administration is a huge plus

 

 

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

·               Microsoft Clustering Services

·               SSRS Development/Administration

·               SSAS Development/Administration

·               Technical experience with Scripting Languages
