This individual will work closely with Product Leads and other members of the

Proevenue Application – core ticketing platform of Tickets.com team to design and develop new features and components for existing products as well as develop strategies to refactor legacy implementations.

 

Responsibilities :

·         Work with team to develop a logically decoupled, extensible architecture

·         Design and develop loosely coupled code that can be reused and extended

for future product development

·         Resolve Cross browser issues

·         Participate in all testing - acceptance testing, stress testing,

performance tuning

Skills: 

·         Expert level knowledge of HTML, CSS, DOM, browser intricacies, cross-browser compatibility issues etc

·         Must have good understanding of CSS layouts(fixed layouts, fluid layouts etc)

·         Expertise in Object Oriented Javascript, exposure to JS libraries like Prototype, YUI.

·         Experience in JSP, JSTL, custom tags, JBoss Portlets

·         5-8 years experience in the development of modern enterprise applications,

·         primarily focusing on the user interface
