Title: Oracle Fusion middleware Architect & Lead

Location: Beaverton, OR

Duration: 6+ months

Job Description

Technical skills:

•        Demonstrated experience in the architecting, design, development, and testing of large, complex systems.

•        Demonstrated experience in architecting enterprise class solutions: reliability, scalability, security, manageability, performance, etc.

•        Strong knowledge of SOA principles: interoperability, abstraction, reusability, composability, agility.

•        Experience across all integration patterns including ETL usage is desired.

•        Strong technical knowledge of Fusion middleware:  OSB, SOA Suite, SOA Governance and Management.

•        Strong technical knowledge of RDBMS fundamentals, Oracle DB, and Oracle RAC.

•        Strong knowledge of software development best practices. Agile preferred.

•        Strong technical knowledge of batch system execution.

•        Strong knowledge of SOA technologies:  SOAP, WSDL, BPEL, Messaging, WS-* specifications.

•        Strong proficiency using XML, XML schemas, and XML manipulation using XQuery, XSLT, and Java parsers.

 

Job Roles / Responsibilities:  

•        Technical 'guru' position requiring a Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, or equivalent and 8-10 years IT technical experience or 10-12 years w/o degree. 

•        Leading and mentoring of other technical staff, lead the methods and process definition, and provide strong expertise with technical/troubleshooting issues.

•        Expert in Fusion Middleware:  OSB, BPEL, BAM, CEP, OEM, and adapters.

•        7+ years experience of web services:  XML, SOAP, WSDL, BPEL, and WS-* specifications.

•        7+ years experience using PL-SQL, Oracle, UNIX, NT.

•        7+ years experience in the architecture, design, development, test, and support of enterprise integration.

•        3+ years experience working with Fusion Middleware Suite including OSB, BPEL Process Manager, BAM, and OSR is a must.

•        Exposure to SAP technologies a strong plus.

•        Technical training with Oracle integration technologies and toolsets.

•        Oracle e*Gate/JavaCAPS/SAP XI-PI knowledge a plus.
