Need Business Analyst - Sr.

Location: Dulles, VA

Duration: 6Months

 

Skills:

+ Expertise in building process flows and writing "As Is", "To Be" processes, with broad HR knowledge. + Implementation of new HR systems + Leads projects to improve current HR systems and internal tools, including HRIS system and related modules, HR SaaS partnership, and in-house tools. + Responsible for the design and maintenance of HR reports. + Responsible for HR system's analysis and recommendations with focus on quality and continuous improvement of current HR processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for analysis and evaluation of HR business problems and development of HR system recommendations to meet requirements. Translates high-level business requirements into functional specifications for business application development. Interviews end users to obtain and document the detailed business requirements for projects. Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology. Combines understanding of HR systems, and HR business processes to recommend solutions. Assignments typically include problem definition, evaluation of requirements, and implementation of HR systems to meet business and user requirements.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience developing use cases, use case model, supplementary requirements, and business rules is essential. Strong knowledge of MS Access, Excel (VBA experience preferred), and Visio Drawing tool is also required. Excellent analytical skills and communication skills required. 6+ yrs of experience
