·        All candidates need to know how to upgrade OS versions and apply patches and firmware.

·        Strong Troubleshooting skills

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Ability to work independently

·        Security remediation

·        Scripting (bourne and perl)

Solaris Candidates

·        Experience upgrading from v.8 and v.9 to v.10

·        Experience installing patches on v.10 servers (10.1, 10.2, 10.3)
