Job Title: Business Process Analyst
Location: Jackson, MI
Duration: 6 months
Interview process: telephonic interview and then face-2-face interview

 

Job Description:
The Business Process analyst provides development and support for process design related to the implementation and or evaluation of new systems. Candidate should have 7+ years of experience in process analysis and design. Ability to review and document via ARIS "as is" and "to be" processes with the intent of identifying key gaps. Black-belt consultant preferred. Experience in a utility environment supported by SAP preferred.
