Job Title: Business System Analyst

Location: St. Louis, MO

Duration: 6 Months+

Skills:

·         At least 7-10 years of experience in a role demonstrating business systems analysis expertise

·         Proven ability to understand business requirements

·         Candidate must have the ability to analyze current state (as-is), gather requirements for the new solution, perform gap analysis, and then translate the business requirements into technical solutions or new business processes that close the gap (to-be)

·         Ability to clearly articulate and communicate problem, resolution, and development plans.

·         Effectively influencing and communicating with team members.

·         Must have desire and ability to establish, build, and maintain team relationships.

·         Strong organizational, analytical and client relation skills and handle multiple projects

·         Outstanding communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and  business teams

·         Experience writing detailed Business Requirements, Business Proposals, and Functional System Design documents. 

·         Understanding of database structures, table relationships and views.

·         Proficient experience with Microsoft tools: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Visio

 

The Business Analyst will be responsible for the following:

 

·         Gather/develop Business Requirements, Business Proposals, and Functional System Design documents. 

·         Create IT Unit and QA test scripts

·         Participate/Facilitate IT Unit and QA testing
