Location: Westminster, CO or Basking Ridge, NJ (They are working on site but can sit remote once they are established and have worked there for a little while)
The client is will sponsor H1B Visa’s after 3 months. They will be hiring off of phone screens.
## Siebel Developer ##
6+ years of experience with Siebel (on Oracle DB)
• Experience with at least 3-4 implementations - implementations in various aspects of Siebel - a few implementations of Contact Center
• Experience working with relational databases to facilitate programming software
• The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Siebel Contact center, EIM, EAI knowledge, management and development for version 8.1.X.
Must have ability to develop, test and implement custom scripting for Siebel and provide guidance for the existing team in regard to best practices in all areas.
• Ability to design systems and programs to meet complex business needs.
• Communication is CRITICAL - must have good communication
• Ability to work well on a team, professional, presentable
Self-motivated and excellent problem solving skills
• MUST BE willing to convert to PERM
Day to Day:
• Codes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents moderately complex programs. Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation.
• Designs systems and programs to meet complex business needs. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs are developed and coded. Ensures programs meet standards and technical specifications; performs technical analysis and component delivery.
• Gathers information from existing systems, analyzes program and time requirements. Assists team lead in preparing time estimates and justification for assigned tasks.
• Designs programs for projects or enhancements to existing programs.
• Writes specifications for programs of moderate complexity.
• Assists support and/or project personnel in resolving moderately complex program problems. Works with client and management to resolve issues and validate programming requirements within their areas of responsibility. Provides technical advice on complex programming.
• Develops test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs.
• Conducts quality assurance activities such as peer reviews and unit testing.
• Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation.
• Remains abreast of industry technical trends and new development to maintain current skills and remain current with industry standards.
## Siebel Developer Lead ##
*Same job description as Developer, but more experience, and experience managing people in a Lead role
* IF you have someone that has Oracle Front end development Lead experience and is open to learning Siebel, they will be a fit.
## Siebel Architect ##
7-10 Years of relevant experience: A minimum of 2 full life cycle large project implementations, A minimum of 5 years of experience with business process components, module integration & client facing consulting engagements, A minimum of 5 years knowledge of designing different processes/solutions for various clients
• Strong technical foundation including; structured programming (Java etc.), understanding of relational database concepts and structures, structured system analysis and design methods, etc.
• At least 5 years of Siebel implementation experience
• Participation in each phase of at least five full Siebel lifecycle implementations
• Strong Siebel configuration and scripting experience
• Siebel Core Consultant certification
• Knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies
• Superb written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills
• Significant Consulting/client facing background
• Outstanding teamwork skills, attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Day to Day:
deployment of the Siebel solution and related components (e.g., interfaces, conversions, etc.). Some of the activities that you may be a part of include:
• Process definition and design
• Requirements definition, mapping, and gap analysis
• Siebel application design and prototyping
• Definition of the overall Siebel application architecture (e.g., the Siebel application, interfaces, converted data, reporting, etc.)
• Establishing and managing Siebel development standards and best practices
• Siebel development including: configuration, scripting, EIM development, etc.
• Test scenario definition, script development, and execution
• Application deployment planning and execution
In this role, you will be expected to provide leadership in all technical aspects of a Siebel initiative. This position will require you to leverage your deep technical knowledge and broad Siebel experience. Additionally, this individual must be able to effectively interact with client representatives, project management, and fellow team members (both inside and outside of the immediate team) in the development of solutions that address the people, process, and technology needs of the organization.. Also important to your success in this position is the ability to understand business challenges and translate them into process/technical solutions.
