K-Tek Resourcing, Inc. is an innovative force in the IT Staffing Industry. Based in Houston, TX. We are Tier one vendors to major pharmaceutical/financial companies and other fortune clients and for same we are searching for Java Developer specialists to work on this fast paced project.

 

Requirement 1:

 

Location: NY/NJ                                               

 

Type of hire: CTH/CT     

 

Level: A/SA (3 to 5 years)

 

Must Have Skills:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with J2EE  - Struts 1.x
• Experience with Weblogic 8
• Experience with Unix/Linux
• Experience with SQL (UDB)
• Experience with web services is a plus

 

Requirement 2:

 

Location: NY/NJ                               

 

Type of hire: CTH/C

 

Level: SA/APM (6 to 8 years)

  

Must Have Skills:

• 6-8  years of  experience managing IT projects.
• Hands on experience leading and implementing web based or batch systems.

• Strong core JAVA and JDBC skill
• Strong Web development skills including Servlets, HTML, JSP, Javascript, XML, XSL, WebLogic, Struts, Spring, WebService
• Strong Knowledge of relational database techniques and design, SQL (UDB).  Experience with DB2 UDB, and/or SQL Server.

• Good knowledge of Unix Shells and Perl scripts.  Familiarity with batch scheduling tool such as Autosys, is a plus.
• Prior experience with JAVA/J2EE projects
