Job Description:  Manual Testing resource with 1-3 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance  Complete understanding of the Testing lifecycle.  Analyzing Business Requirements for creating and reviewing test ware Test Scenarios and Test Cases  Experience in Executing test cases, defect analysis and participating in meetings with clients ? Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills  Has to be good at customer interaction Flexibility to work in onsite/ offshore model  Domain and Working knowledge in Retail or Pharma will be an advantage
