Job Title: ETL Developer
Duration: 8 months
Location: Atlanta, GA

MUST HAVE:
• BS/MS in Management of Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent, or equivalent experience in ETL Engineering
• 5+ years of practical experience with RDBMS and SQL (MSSQL preferred)
• 5+ years of practical programming or scripting experience (Java preferred)
• 3+ years of practical experience with Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence (SSRS preferred)
• 3+ years of practical experience with ETL Tools (Talend)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
BONUS:
• Experience with Linux/Unix environment
• Experience with Agile
Day To Day:
• Reviewing and understanding the business and data requirements of the various source and destination systems involved in enterprise ETL
• Supporting the identification of source and destination data sets
• Supporting the data-mapping of source and destination data sets
• Developing the specification for the extraction, translation, and loading of source and destination data sets
• Developing the extract, translate, and load code and scripts according to the developed specs
• Performing unit and system testing of ETL code and scripts
• Assisting in the efforts to optimize the performance of applications, systems, and databases
• Experience working with business and IT users/ owners/ subject matter experts and management.
