Deploying RRD database for gathering real time Server Performance Stats from all Business Apps Server.
Involved with setting up new Unix infrastructure at Extreme
Providing Operational and architectural assistance/consulting for Extreme Unix projects (Enterprise Application Recovery, Storage, iSCSI NAS)
Infrastructure capacity planning/design for Business Applications and Engineering based on requirements, IT infrastructure (DNS/NIS/SendMail), Unix account management process enhancements and automation
Providing SVN Checkouts and build delay solution to Engineering on best effort basis.
Infrastructure Services Administration and deployment:
Nagios Monitoring
iSCSI NAS implementation for Agile and Incentive applications
Directory Servers for applications Authentication
NIS Server for users authentication
DNS BIND 9
SMTP Relay (Postfix)
Enterprise wide monitoring system through Nagios/Groundwork running on RHEL5
Enterprise wide log collection (through syslog) on RedHat server
