Hi,

 

Client is looking for a Teradata DBA  for a 6+ months Project in BCBS MN .

 

Duration: 6+  months

Location: MN

 

He is looking for an experienced Teradata DBA (or someone who has done that work).  The resource will be doing query tuning and database tuning and set up work.  The timeline would be 3-6 months.  The resource would ideally have good knowledge of Teradata since his team doesn't.  They want someone who can help them with the learning curve on it.

 

They are running 13.10 which is somewhat new in that many sites have not yet upgraded to it.  My guess is that 75% of this is general Teradata platform tuning knowledge and maybe 25% might benefit from knowledge of version 13 features. So, it's not crucial that we find someone with 13.10 experience, although it would be ideal.
