Location: Houston, TX
Contract: 1/3/2012 - 4/2/2012
Job Description: Summary:
Design and develop a custom Oracle data warehouse system for EVGo. Interface with clients to determine requirements, create functional and technical designs, develop ETL and reporting code, and provide production support as required.
Responsibilities:
. Determine detailed system requirements based on business requirements provided by Marketing and Operations groups.
. Develop functional and technical designs for configuration and custom development
. Conduct development via Oracle PL/SQL and Unix Korn shell as required
Education:
Bachelor's degree in an accredited four-year college or university
Experience:
. 4+ years of experience in custom Oracle development
. 5+ years of experience in a Data Warehouse environment
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
. Strong analytical skills
. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact with technical and non-technical staff and to communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences.
Working Conditions:
. Fast-paced office environment. Major activities performed on PC connected to mainframe, Unix, and client/server applications. Requirements for telephone consultation and support with clients.
