Details: 
 9.1 experience is strongly preferred, 9.0 experience is mandatory
 
Skill Requirements: 
 ·         At least 10+ years of overall experience in the IT industry.
·         At least 7+ years of PeopleSoft Payroll Functional Experience.
·         Experience with PeopleSoft 9.1 on tools 8.5x is preferred. Must be familiar with process and functionality improvements in overall all HCM ecosystem and specifically within North American Payroll.
·         Must have worked on at least 3 PeopleSoft upgrades as a Functional Lead, upgrade experience to 9.1 is preferred.
·         Experience with Payroll Interface will be a huge bonus
·         Must be able to provide thought and design leadership from a functional standpoint in North American Payroll.
·         Proficiency and expertise with requirements gathering, Fit/Gap analysis, functional design and documentation. Need to have extensive experience with creating detailed Fit/Gap documents and adherence to SDLC.
·         Experience with creating test scripts and managing test cycles.
·         Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are required. Should be able to effectively and clearly communicate with various stakeholders and technical team members.
·         Any experience with recruitment (TAM, CG) will be a huge bonus
·         Any AWE experience will be a huge bonus.
