Job Title: .Net Architect

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Duration: 6 Months+

Skills:

•BS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline with advanced degrees preferred. 

•10+ years of professional experience working as a senior/lead engineer with at least 5+ years working as a software Architect.

•Proven background with the Microsoft technology platform as an architect and designer of n-tier, component based, and service oriented enterprise applications.

•Experience with advanced software engineering concepts (design patterns, OO, web services, code generation, and test-driven development).

•Highly experienced the Microsoft .Net development platform and current web technologies (HTML, CSS, DHTML, AJAX, XML, XSL, etc.).

•Extensive experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle (5+ years tables, triggers, unions, joins, complex queries, stored procedures and XML/SOAP/web services).

•Software Engineering discipline and an unfailing commitment to high quality (4+ years in an Agile/SCRUM/etc. shop with a test driven approach).

•Excellent large-scale design and implementation skills with broad and deep experience in algorithms, service bus and multi-threaded programming (7+ years C/C++/C#/JAVA/etc.).

•Desired:  Proven ability to build and manage a world-class team of Software Engineers and Architects.

•Desired:  Experience with TDD automation, scripting, and other Quality Assurance tools and approaches (e.g. Selenium, FITness).

•Desired:  Industry Certifications (MBA, MCSD, MCDBA, SCJP, etc.).
