Description:
1) Oracle BI skills to be able to write queries and create formatted reports
2) Java skills to be able to customize reports generated by above queries (good to have. Not required)
3) Basic understanding of set-up and configuration of OBI Publisher system
Job Title: Security Applications Analyst
Location: Orlando, FL
Term: 6 + months
Job Description:
The qualified candidate should have 5+ years' experience focused on security and skills in the following activities/areas:
· Secure Code Practices
· Performing static code analysis
· Performing web application security assessments
· Conducting security testing for web-based applications including code reviews
· Facilitating the review and remediation of application security assessment findings
Other Job Duties Include:
· Understand development and understand security.
· Must be able to decipher and translate Java (don't need an expert) from Fortify, secure coding vulnerabilities.
· Looks at raw code on Fortify. It will show security concerns in developer language.
· Candidate should be able to translate what needs to be changed and modified so the security concerns can be fixed.
· Know the language and understand how to resolve problems. Need security information to understand why those are issues.
· Being able to understand false positive and understand if that really isn't an issue.
· Fortify is highly desired but not required
· Need to have experience in static code analysis (must have)
· See and identify a problem and translate security issue to a developer.
· Less architecture type individuals and more in the trenches and executing type candidate needed.
