Network architecture,   and 6+ Yrs., 

Network Troubleshooting,   and 6+ Yrs., 

TCP/IP,   and 6+ Yrs., 

Preferred Skills: 
* B.S. Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering 
* Airline/travel experience 
* Understanding of SILK methodology 
* Programming experience 
* Cisco certification (CCNP, CCIE)
