• Strong technical knowledge on Domain, Partition, Replication, DC, FSMO, LDAP, KCC, Group Policies, DNS
• Strong skills on networking concepts, Windows Operating System
• Intermediate skill on scripting, support tools, WINS, FRS, DFS, AD FS, DHCP etc
• Intermediate skill on performance analysis
• Familiarity working with Peregrine Service Center or equivalent incident management system
• Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) methodologies
