Position: PLSQL Developer

Location: NJ

Duration: 12 - 18 months

 

Job Description:

• strong PL SQL resource urgently with about 10 years experience in various databases (2 to 3 years in DB2 is mandatory).
• Good in general DB concepts, ANSI standard syntaxes.
• Hands on Experience in DB2/Oracle code base development (DCL, DML, DDL), Exception handling, Transaction management, debugging and testing.
• Very good in setting up general PL SQL coding guidelines, best practices and enforcements for dev teams.
• Very good in coming up with best review processes.
• Nice to have experience in performance improvements in queries and DB Objects like procedure, functions, cursors (appropriate constraints, Joins, Indexes, hints etc)
• Nice to have experience in Oracle/DB2 database administration, Users, Objects permissions, grants.
• Nice to have experience in Entity designs, ETL, transaction handling etc.
