JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Location: Houston, TX

 

DESCRIPTION:

Maximo certified application deployment specialist.
5+ years of experience.
Utility industry a plus.

The candidate will be expected to provide the following:

Client support and technical issue and problem resolution.
Accurate and timely Incident and problem logging following ITIL processes and using the BMC remedy tool.
Limited training to clients in the use of system and applications.
Demonstrate Understanding of IT Architecture and IT systems Application Maintenance routines (Application Health Checks) Business Analysis Tasks - Requirement Gathering etc. General understanding of Energy Generation Processes.
Mentoring and acting as liaison between Dallas office support team and Bangalore team. IBM Maximo and Java Developer, 5 years experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

Person should be responsible for
1. JAVA Code fixing and testing the fixes
2. Perform RCA/RCF
3. Responsible for client coordination on support issues.
4. Responsible for Administrating and enhancing IBM Maximo tool.
5. Should be able to generate status reports.
6. Person should have knowledge of following: IBM Maximo, Java, J2ee, EJB, Servlets, , WebSphere B. Database: SQL Server ORACLE
