We need 7 Back end and 5 Front end developers for 6 months starting on Jan 1. If they can start sooner we will start them as soon as they are available.
Back end Java Developer: 7 positions---EJB, Struts, Hibernate are the key skills they are looking.
Start: ASAP, we generally need 3 days after acceptance to get their laptop ready. If they need to give 2 weeks notice that is OK
Interview process: First interview is a 30 minute phone screen, 2nd interview is 1.5 hr team interview

Client is seeking a Sr Java Developer for help with design, develop, unit testing and deployment of a multi-tiered fuel and retail cross-marketing system. The candidate will be responsible for design, development, testing and deployment of our distributed applications. The candidate will also help with troubleshooting production issues and adapting frameworks and industry best practices, executing unit and performance testing, and coordinating these activities among the scrum team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the Quality Assurance and Customer Support departments on research of and remedies for software bugs and issues found during QA, beta, and production.
Required Experience:
• Must have Excellent oral and written communication.
• Must have at least 8 years in Java Development
• Have strong analytical skills including troubleshooting.
• Have a good understanding of OO design and JEE., Hibernate, EJB, XML
• Have a strong SQL experience.
• Be a team player while having the capacity to work independently.
• Candidate must be a career-oriented individual with strong communications and organizational skills.
• BS or higher in Computer Science or comparable discipline.
• Experience with programming in Java
• Linux Experience
• Websphere, Jboss and Oracle Experience
• Agile Development Methodology(Scrum)
Education BS or higher in Computer Science or comparable discipline

Front End Developer—5 Positions

Required Experience:
• Experience with programming in Java
• Understanding of the web development process including:
o wire-framing/mockups
o development
o debugging
o testing
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with jQuery.
• Strong SQL experience.
• Good understanding of OO design, J2EE, JMS, Spring,Struts, and XML.
Desired:
• Experience with DOJO or Mootools is plus
• Understanding of UI design concepts
