Rate: Up to $43/hr. Corp to Corp.
Interview/Evaluation Process: 1 phone & 1 in-person (MUST be able to
interview in-person within 48 hrs. of notification).
Duties:
• Participates in the design, development and maintenance of software
code for business applications.
• Contribute to full life-cycle application development including user
requirements, specifications, design, coding, testing, documentation,
etc.
• Contribute to system documentation for systems, applications and databases.
• Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written,
designed, coded, tested and debugged.
• Consult with users and develop business relationships and integrate
activities with other IT departments to ensure successful
implementation.
• May lead small projects or regularly coach other team members to
ensure business application systems are developed in a way that
complies with architectural standards and established methodologies
and practices.
• Monitor and report to management on the status of project efforts,
anticipating/identifying issues that inhibit the attainment of project
goals and implementing corrective actions.
• and maintain good relationships with customers and IT colleagues to
meet expected customer service levels.

range of technologies
REQUIRED SKILLS:
At least 6 years experience in requirement analysis, design,
development, implementation and testing of Web Applications using
Microsoft and Open Source technologies.
Strong experience in developing Web applications in: C#, ASP, ASP.Net,
VB.Net, ADO.Net, .Net Framework 2.0/3.5/4.0 and PHP 4/5.
Some experience in creating and consuming .Net Web Services, WCF, .Net Remoting.
Strong skills in Web technologies that includes 3 or more of the
following: HTML, HTML 5, XML, DHTML, XSLT, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery,
JSON and AJAX.
Strong experience in database design, creating tables and
relationships, writing complex queries, stored procedures, triggers,
functions and views in MS SQL (2005, 2008, 2010) and MySQL database
systems.
Experience in LINQ is a +.
Thorough understanding of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
including requirement specifications, design specifications,
development, testing and support. Familiar with Waterfall, Spiral and
Agile development methodologies (SCRUM).
4 yr. degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
