Job Title: MS Dynamic CRM COnsultant

Location: NY

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

 

Responsibilities for this position include:

Formulate and define complex system requirements and objectives based on user and industry needs

Documentation of product requirements and translation of proper system specifications

Assist with product implementation delivery and roll-out

Facilitate training and working sessions with industry users and business executives

Work closely with development teams to test applications and assist in providing direction for defect fixes and system enhancements

Present ideas and information in group settings

 

Skills Required

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree

At least 7+ years experience in a consulting / customer service related environment.

5+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics or other enterprise level CRM package is required!

Strong background in web-based applications and web technologies.

Strong software lifecycle experience: Requirements, Design, QA, etc.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Some knowledge in the Commercial Real Estate industry.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.

Strong communication and conceptual skills.

Ability to manage small teams and short-term projects.

Proven ability to meet tight deadlines:  Energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic is a must.
