Description of Role/Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance Tester who has a minimum of 3 - 5 years testing SalesForce, ideally territory management. This resource should have a strong understanding of SQL as well as database
Quality Assurance Tester who has a minimum of 3 - 5 years testing SalesForce, ideally territory management. This resource should have a strong understanding of SQL as well as database
testing. Experience with HP Quality Center is also required. The ideal candidate will have experience testing the PRM module within SFDC.
The Tester must possess excellent problem solving and communication skills. The individual must be flexible, dependable, capable of multi-tasking, and quickly learning complex concepts.
The individual must be expert in the area of testing with an understanding of test tools and how those apply to the overall testing process.
The Tester should have a solid understanding of:
Test process/methodology including experience with Agile & waterfall testing
Test tools (HP Quality Center)

Test tools (HP Quality Center)
The Tester should also have a strong knowledge of:
Salesforce.com preferably with Territory Management
Strong technical knowledge
Data driven testing and analysis
Test Case creation and execution, Metrics reporting.
Test preparation and test execution processes in HP-Quality Center
Knows how to work within an Agile/Scrum environment, testing in sprints
Able to write acceptance test criteria for user stories & test scripts
Experience with component level testing along with full integration and end to end testing
