Job Title: Systems Engineer
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Job Location: Tempe, AZ
Job Description
They must have the following experience at an intermediate level as a minimum. There will not be any on-the-job-training regarding the technical requirements. The candidate will be expected to hit the ground running and require minimum supervision.
· HP blade server hardware (BL460CG1, BL480CG1) and blade chassis hardware (C7000)
o Setup chassis for deployment
o Install and configure virtual connect Ethernet and fiber modules
o Install and configure pass-through Ethernet and fiber modules
o Upgrade firmware and drivers
o Troubleshoot and remediate system problems
o Install server operating system using Microsoft OSD
· Dell R620, R720, R710 server hardware
o Setup server for OS deployment using OSD
o Upgrade firmware and drivers
o Obtain DSET report for Dell support
o Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and OS issues
· Implementing systems in a data center environment
