Have played the role of Siebel business analyst for customers across Telecom or Communication industry
Strong Functional knowledge in Siebel email response,Customer 360 degree view, assignment manager, service request and activity management, siebel CTI.
Experience of Siebel CRM based solution design and Fit Gap Analysis, should be able to guide the customer selecting right solution
Customer Facing and good oral, documentation and written communication skill .
