Job Details:

Title: Healthcare Business Systems Analyst - Vendor Delegation Model.

Duration:6+.

Location: NJ.

 

Minimum of 3 years working as a business Systems analyst in the healthcare insurance industry.

 

Broad knowledge or Insurance business and associated technologies:

*****REQUIRED EXPERIENCE WITH: Vendor Delegation

 

Vendor Delegation Model –

·         The delegation of responsibilities (i.e. re-pricing, claims adjudication, pends, etc.) to a third party vendors. *

Responsibilities
• Define and develop system specifications using prescribed SDLC tools and techniques for solutions to business problems.
• Develop/enhance systems based on specifications defined
• Provide input to definition of new programming techniques, standards and methodologies.
• Communicate and coordinate with business partners during all phases of the development process.
• Devise solutions to complex problems.
• Keep technical skills current.
• Present moderately complex solutions to technical and non-technical staff.
• Identify issues and propose solutions. Resolve independently within area of responsibility.
• Plan assigned projects at detail level and provide reasonable estimates.
• Identify deviation from requirements, understand impact, propose solutions and bring to appropriate levels to resolve.
• Participate in design walkthroughs and offer constructive feedback
