Microsoft Lync Systems Engineer
Duration : 1 Year
Work Location : Fort Worth, TX
Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 6-8 Yrs
Technical/Functional Skills : Microsoft Lync, Web services communications integration technologies and requisite programming level understanding of client server technologies such as HTTP/XML, Java, SOAP, and SIP.
Experience Required
• Working knowledge implementing and supporting Microsoft Lync
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to debug and identify technical issues/problems at the protocol, programming language or API level
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Lync and its integration in a heterogeneous voice network environment
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Support Microsoft Lync 2010 infrastructure.
• SIP phone configuration and support for the migration of existing TDM network to Microsoft Lync Voip.
• Installation and hardware and software support, including firmware upgrades on NET UX and VX gateways.
• Support Microsoft Lync SCOM to monitor the environment.
• Support integration with Polycom video conferencing platform
• Solutions development and service delivery of rich collaboration technologies and services focused on integrating communications systems and services into enterprise business technologies
Generic Managerial Skills : Very good communication/coordination skills since will need to interact with various client teams.
