Job Title : BA With Project Manager EXP
Location : Columbus, OH
Duration : 6-12 Months
Required Skills:
Ability to define business needs using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and task and workflow analysis.
Ability to analyze and critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into details, while distinguishing user requests from the true underlying needs, in order to develop business requirements.
Self driven worker that can make decisions and operate with varying levels of oversight
Partnering with technical teams to translate these into technical requirements and high-level solution design.
Managing project and project team using standard methodologies, processes and practices to ensure delivery within defined schedule and budget.
Supporting consistent stakeholder communications related to the project status and provide regular and ad hoc reporting as requested.
Minimum 5 years of experience working with IT projects and project teams, specifically in a PM or BA role.
Past experience with DPD and LMS systems would be preferred.
