Performance Tester
McLean, VA

1) 8 to 10 yrs of experience in Performance testing
2) Expertise and good hands on in using HP Load Runner and Performance Center
3) Expertise in devising Performance test strategy and Test Plan
4) Must have a good expertise and hands on in devising work load models and implementing them (Very Important)
4) Expertise in creating and running Load Runner scripts including the ability to correlate and parameterize scripts.  
5) Expertise in using performance testing monitoring tools and consolidating the results.
6) Good knowledge in Unix/Windows
7) Good knowledge in Linux, Weblogic Application Server, Oracle and other RDBMS
8) Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with globally spread team.
9) Capable enough to guide a team and handle the clients as required.
