Senior Project Manager, New Business

Job Description:
Must have experience managing project related to healthcare.
Manage all IT development and infrastructure management for a new business projects. These projects can be extremely large (e.g., acquisition or new state start up) or smaller in scale (e.g., expansion in existing state). Primary role as mentioned is to provide hands on project management for IT delivery of all components and requirements for health plan start-up and IT operational support or expansion of existing health plan. The project manager will be responsible for either 1 large program comprised of multiple work streams or multiple smaller initiatives ranging in cost from 400K to 3M. In case of smaller projects, this resource will have ability manage multiple projects and in case of huge expansion, the candidate is expected to lead the entire initiative. Very IT centric role with understanding of application development in a healthcare environment (i.e., insurance) is preferred. The candidate should have knowledge of infrastructure as well
