•    Skill                         : Desktop and IT Support specialist (End user computing)
•    Number of openings       : 1
•    Years of Experience        :  5+Yrs
•    Duration of Hiring            : 6 Months
•    Offshore/Onsite               : Onsite

•    Detailed Job Description   :
•      Has experience in providing Executive and high end Technical support on day-to-day Desktop and IT System related problems.
•      Install, Configure and Administer various models of Printers/Fax/Scanner machines.
•      Configure and Troubleshoot Blackberry & Active Sync issues on handheld devices.
•      Diagnose and Analyze L1 Network Connectivity issues.
•      Expertise in Wi-Fi Configuration, Wireless Connectivity using Dialup, VPN & Remote Access.
•      Work with third party vendors to ensure Support / Maintenance contracts for IT Equipment are in place.
•      Good communication and user management skills
•      Track incidents and requests raised by users in the location and follow up with relevant groups for speedy closure
•      Assist users for all IT related issues and queries

•    Work Location                    : San Francisco
