Position: IBM BPM Developer / Lead / Architect / Lombardi Experts
Location: Boston, MA or New York City, NY
Duration: 6-12 Months
 
Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:
·         Estimates work (tasks) to deliver user stories Implements process flows, services, business logic, and user interfaces (coaches) Builds KPIs, SLAs, and scoreboards
·         Implements organization model and task routing policies
 
Skills and Expertise:
·         Processes development and changes leadership experience
·         Web development skills (JavaScript, JSP, SQL, logic flows, User Interface development, HTML, Ajax, and so on)
·         Expert in features of BPMS in the context of process applications and solutions
·         Expert in best practice recommendations and design patterns in process applications
·         Experience with implementation process design
·         Knowledge in agile project management
·         IBM BPM Tool experience v7.5 or higher
·         Familiar with IBM BPM Implementation Methodology
·         IBM BPM Developer (in addition to the above)
ü  IBM BPM Developer Certification – desired
ü  Has done 1-2 projects (Developer)
ü  Has done 2-3 project in a lead Developer capacity (Lead Developer)
·         IBM BPM Integration Developer (in addition to the above)
ü  IBM BPM Integration Developer Certification – desired
ü  Has done 1-2 projects (Integration Developer)
ü  Has done 2-3 project in a lead Integration Developer capacity (Lead Integration Developer)
ü  IBM BPM Integration Designer experience v 7.5 or higher
