Required Skills: US IT recruitments (3 Years Minimum)

 

Job Description:

·       Extensive Knowledge on US IT permanent and Temporary staffing business is a Must

·       Minimum 3 Years exp in US Staffing is a Must

·       Willing to work night shift

·       Extensive understanding of Job Descriptions, demonstrate it through research ability.

·       Sourcing candidates through job boards such as Monster, Dice.com etc.

·       Demonstrative experience Working through professional and social networking sites

·       Qualifying candidates before technical screening.

·       Coordinating interviews internally and with clients.

·       Negotiating salary and benefits.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to prioritize changing workloads.

·       Proficient skills in MS office tools like MS Word, Excel and outlook.
