JOB SUMMARY
Seeking an experienced senior software engineer to develop software in the mass transit industry (bus, rail, & air).
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or relevant industry experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Two plus years of development experience in Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and XAML are desired for this position.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Highly motivated self-starter accustomed to aggressive schedules
- 2+ years development in C/C++
- 2+ Years Windows Visual C# development experience
- This implies:
- .Net 3.5 and above
- GUI design and implementation
- ASP .Net web forms / MVC
- Experience in .NET Framework C#, 3.5/4.0, ASP.NET 3.5/4/4.5
- Experience in UI Development using MVC, MVVM
PLUSES
- Familiarity with Agile development
- Experience in continuous integration and test driven development
- Experience with StyleCop, JetBRAINS ReSharper, Team City, and Team Project.
- Experience in the mass transit industry
- Experience working with devices over serial connection
