Location: Bloomington IL
Length of Assignment: 6 Months Contract
The Business Analyst:
• Acts a partner with the business community, IT project teams and internal business partners to elicit, clarify and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design from which application and solutions are developed.
• Workshop Facilitation, Requirement Moderating,
• Is responsible for defining business needs for new and/or enhanced products, services or optimized business processes.
• Onternal and external business partners to ensure that all business requirements are understood, documented and met.
• The ideal candidate:

• Process oriented, logical thinker
• Demonstrates analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong work ethic and passion for quality
• Exceptional ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Agility in juggling multiple and dynamic priorities
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to develop positive and effective relationships
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
