Job Description: 
Position 1:
Ø   10 year experience for Performance testing; Tools – loadrunner, Wily introscope, some exposure to cognos.
Ø  Experience in web rendering issues. Behaviorally – have a problems solving mindset. some development background.
 
Position 2:
Ø  10 year experience in Automation; back end - front end automation – Tools – QTP; VB.
Ø  Experience building frameworks and updates, needs to be hands on.
