Unix/Linux scripting (bash, Ksh, Expect) 
C/C++/Pro*C
Oracle
Java
XML
Other: Perl, VB, JSP, HTML, Hibernate

 

Also, a mixed of experience would be good (e.g. some senior, some junior).
Finally, there will be two additional tasks skills that are going to be critical:
Ability to perform thorough unit, integrated, and performance testing.
Ability to document support procedures in the company's standard Managed Service Guide format.
