Position: Program Delivery Manager with ATG Exp
Location: Bay Area, CA
Duration: 12Months
Required Skills:
· At least 12 years of IT experience, and demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to deliver large scale, complex projects within budget and timeline.
· Minimum of6+ years of Program/Project Management experience delivering e-Commerce projects leveraging Oracle ATG, Endeca product suites.
· Hands-on Experience implementation brand-new ATG implementations, Upgrades/Conversion projects (ATG 10.x a must)
· Experience delivering projects for B2B and B2C business model for a global environment, involving multiple languages, currencies and platforms
· Expert level Project Management skills with extensive experience in Project Management processes, Tools to plan, manage, monitor and Control projects
· Significant experience delivering eCommmerce projects using Agile methodology, leveraging virtual teams
· Ability to Organize and Mobilize teams, drive deliverables and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
· Analyze and resolve issues/risks that have the potential to jeopardize the agreed upon deliverables/timelines
· Mentor the team on tools and processes to manage projects, participate in hiring decisions, conduct performance appraisals on staff
· Provide full, accurate and clear project communication on a timely fashion with the internal, external customer, Product vendors and suppliers
· Demonstrated ability in managing internal and external client expectations on project requirements and deliverables
· Onsite/offshore project execution experience
· Strong communication skills – Verbal, Written and Presentation, Assertive personality combined with an analytical mind / skills
· Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and Highest standard of Excellence
· Strong leadership skills, decision making and problem solving abilities
Preferred Skills:
· Previous experience in IT consulting and Experience with the global service delivery model - creating solutions and managing full life cycle development.
· Knowledge on Home grown, third party PIM tools and conversion to ATG Platform
· Ability to drive process re-design, improvements and implementation of such improvements
· Master'sDegree preferred or Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience required
· PMP, ACP or Scrum Certification Preferred
