Role: Sr. Cognos Technical Developer

Location: Boston, MA

Duration: 6+ Months

 

 

Required Skills:          

•           Cognos Report Studio

•           Cognos Analysis Studio

•           Cognos Framework Manager

•           Cognos Metrics Manager

•           Cognos Statistics

•           Cognos Insight

           

Responsibilities:         

•           Design, code, test and implement new or modified BI reports, applications, to meet business requirements  

•           Work with business users through report validation / quality assurance cycles

•           Create appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code and technical documentation

•           Prepare detailed specifications from which reports are developed  

•           Ensures programs meet standards and technical specifications

•           Troubleshoot BI tools, systems and software; performance tune these applications as necessary

 

Expected Deliverable(s):         The technical deliverables defined by the client
