Mandatory Skills:
| Considerable experience as Project Manager/ Coordinator in Health Care Industry |
| Strong experience in ICD 9 to ICD 10 Conversion Projects |
| Strong communication skills - liaison between business, IT and other stakeholders |
| Experience on Delivery focused by improving execution and also by implementing new process and procedure |
| Experience in co coordinating large scale Coordination and Planning efforts with multiple stakeholders from different time zone |
| Considerable experience in preparing dashboards, metrics to publish Progress and Project Health |
| Has handled overall ownership of Delivery, prioritization, financial and effort estimation, managed risks and prepared contingency plans, Defect Management Activities, communication plan etc. |
| Extensive experience in capacity planning, estimating, scheduling, risk planning, team leadership, interfacing with executive management, |
| Very good understanding of HIPAA and Compliance processes |
Desirable Skills:
| PMP Certification |
| Experience as PM in major Healthcare provider organizations (Kaiser, Cigna, BCBS etc) |
