The skills we're in need of include:
Ø WebSphere BPM v 8.0
Ø Heavy experience with Coach development (key requirement)
Ø Workflow/Process development is a plus
Ø SOA or Integration experience (Web Services, Message Oriented Middleware such as MQ) also a plus but not required
Ø Experience in a "mixed-stack" IBM/Oracle environment with IBM BPM and Oracle Service Bus is highly desirable but also not necessary
Ø Level: Senior
