Job Location : Stamford, CT
Duration : 6+ months
Interview Preference: Skype/ Telephonic
Mandatory Skills : DB2, Cobol, CICS, JCL, VSAM, Project & Delivery Management, Stakeholder management.
Sound knowledge in FX settlements and Trade life cycle.
Fair knowledge on FX instruments and Asset Classes.
Desired Skills :
Understanding on other back office processes like Confirmation, Re-conciliation etc.
Detailed Job Description
1.Need Senior Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience.
2.Need to have strong knowledge in Investment Banking and Capital Market domain.
3.Sound knowledge in FX settlements and Trade life cycle.
4.Fair knowledge on FX instruments and Asset Classes.
5.Need to have strong understanding about Estimation and Planning process.
6.Should have strong Knowledge and understanding about Software Development Life Cycle, preferably agile methodology.
7.Need to have strong analytical skills to understand the client requirements.
8.Ability to identify and anticipate potential problems and investigate/offer solutions.
9.Should have strong understanding of Defect prevention and BAU process.
10.Should have strong understanding of Mainframe Technology (COBOL, DB2 & CICS). Basic Java knowledge will be added advantage.
11.Ability to discuss and describe technical solutions and write clear/concise documentations.
12.Should be a good team player and need to co-ordinate with all the different Stakeholders/Offshore/Onsite.
13.Ability to "think outside of the box" and offer ideas.
14.Must possess good communication skill and ability to co-ordinate clearly between Client/Offshore/Onsite. Must able to work independently & individually.
