Title: Business Analyst - NERC CIP

Job Responsibilities:
Consultant for NERC CIP Compliance Program
The minimum qualifications for this resource are a bachelors degree (masters preferred) and five to eight years of experience, preferably in the utility industry, with a regulatory, audit or business analysis focus strongly preferred. The ideal resource will also have at least one year of experience with NERC CIP compliance requirements, and some business systems understanding / knowledge. Resources not meeting the minimum education and experience requirements will not be considered.
This resource will work within the Regulatory-based group providing corporate oversight of the Client's NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) compliance program. Work is focused on the following areas:
1. Work with business areas that are responsible for NERC CIP compliance (Business Systems, Transmission, Security Services, and Energy Supply) to develop,
2. Serve as the liaison between our regulators (the NERC regions) and the internal business areas
3. Independently assess the business areas' compliance through internal spot checks / audits
4. Identify areas that have the potential for current or future non-compliance, and develop / implement plans to correct these areas
5. Oversee internal plans to implement Version 4 and Version 5 of the CIP standards, including
