Job Responsibilities:
Under limited supervision the Project Manager (PM) will work directly with customers, customer's billing software vendor and our customer's Information Technology (IT) and business personnel as well as with internal development, coding, Quality Assurance (QA), support and management teams.
The Project Manager's role is to ensure the smooth deployment of A-Life Medical products and services in various disparate customer locations.
Project Managers report to the Director of Client Services.
· Manages multiple software and service implementations at a time.
· Represents the company with major customers, vendors, business partners and the public.
· Resolves problems, project questions and issues in a timely manner to ensure implementations stay on track.
· Completes all necessary project management documentation, work plans, system communications and CRM updates.
· Creates, tests and deploys required software application components for customer implementations.
· Communicates clearly with Manager and colleagues regarding changes in workload or schedules.
· Participates in "Buddy System" for workload distribution and coverage when other team members are unavailable.

· Minimum 3 years related work experience demonstrating strong project management skills in a technical environment, preferably in remote management of software implementations in the healthcare marketplace.
· Strong Technical Knowledge of Healthcare domain and/or technology software deployment experience.
· MS Product Suite: Excel, Word, MS Project

· Healthcare information transfer standards, specifically HL7 and CDA - I really want to see candidates with either of these skills
· PMP Certification
POSITION 2

Location : CO, Denver / MN, Minneapolis
Duration 1 year

Responsibilities:
· Planning the work, managing a cross-functional team, and mitigating issues and risks.
· Accountable for the on-time, on-budget delivery of an Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS)
· Forecasting costs, tracking actuals, and explaining variances.
· Leads the project planning effort, including the definition of the deliverables and the required delivery dates, creation of a logical work breakdown structure, definition of major project milestones, accumulation of all project cost and benefit estimates.
· Manages, prepares and produces project management reports, timelines, budgets, and documentation.
· Create and manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, actuals tracking and calculating earned value metrics.
· Identifies risks and issues and provides effective mitigation.
· Monitors project activities and resolves/escalates issues as needed.
Required:
· Resource must have a strong understanding of the software development life cycle and the ability to communicate with technical resources.
· Experience with large implementations is required.
· Strong communication skills (verbal and written) required.
· Strong financial management skills required.
Preferred:
· Utility experience preferred (SCADA, GIS, NMS, DMS) but not required.
· PMI is preferred but not a requirement.
