I do have an opportunity open right now that has been a difficult fill for us. I am currently seeking a Cognos Reports Developer for a 6+ month contract with a retail client of ours in Columbus, OH. The clients name will be disclosed once the candidate gets further along with the interview process. Rate is open to negotiation. I have included the job description below. Candidate MUST have Manhattan WMS experience or something similar. We are looking to fill this position ASAP so please advise your candidates that they need to be open to interview quickly. Please let me know if you have anyone. Thanks in advance.
Description:
The Manhattan suite of applications includes a Cognos based application (SCI). Ideally this person would have specific experience with Cognos reporting against the Manhattan WMS data source.
Requirements:
Experience with leading a team in development on the Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI) reporting system:
- Conducting design, configuration, and testing for ETLs (extract, transform, load).
- Creating custom scripts.
- Designing and creating reports, alerts, queries, analysis views, maps, and metrics using Cognos tools (Report Studio, Event Studio, Query Studio, Analysis Studio, Metric Studio, Map Manager, Go Mobile, etc.). Uses MapInfo tool.
- Designing and creating OLAP cubes using Cognos tools (Transformer).
