Need at-least 8+ years of experience

 

Responsibilities:

 

·         Responsible for designing the architecture for the core web services

·         Responsible for deploying the services on IIS and as windows service.

·         Responsible for implementing and enhancing .Net applications in line with business goals, objectives and technical requirements.

·         Execute development plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

Write and maintain documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing changes and corrections.


MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

 

·         Minimum of 8 years' experience in .Net C# programming.

·         Minimum of 4 years working as a team leader.

·         Minimum of 4 years working with the Oracle database environment.

·         Minimum of 8 years' experience with Windows operating system.

·         Minimum of 4 years professional experience in Business Analysis and Design.

·         Demonstrate understanding of software development life-cycle.

·         Strong collaboration, relationship management, communication and written skills.

·         Good judgment, logical thinker and detail oriented.

·         Ability to drive projects to completion.

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

 

·         Minimum of 4 years' experience writing functional and technical specifications, user and technical documentation.

 

POSITION 2

 

Role : Business Analyst/Project Manager II
Location : NY

Description :

 

One IT Professional is needed to document the requirements for an EMR that will be integrated with a PACS/RIS System (Picture Archiving and Communication System/Radiology Information System). You will be responsible for leading the business analysis, documenting the business requirements, evaluating and comparing potential solutions, and serving as a project manager to implement the selected solution(s). Experience with electronic medical records, electronic health records, medical billing and coding, and HL7 based interfaces is highly desirable.



Mandatory Skills/Experience :

·         Experience as a Business Analyst

·         Experience as a Project Manager

·         Ability to lead requirement gathering sessions

Desirable Skills/Experience :

·         Experience with electronic medical records, electronic health records, medical billing and coding, and HL7 based interfaces

Experience working with government agencies

POSITION 3

 

Role : Project Manager III
Location : New York

 

SCOPE OF SERVICES

 

The Project Manager will work closely with HPD's functional business groups to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of systems solutions deployed in support of business goals and objectives.

 

The consultant would provide the following services that include, but are not limited to the following:

       Lead the planning and implementation of multiple projects

       Runs complex projects from design and development to production.

       Defines requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment.

       Defines resources and schedule for project/program implementation.

       Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.

       Plans and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones.

       Directs and oversees project engineering team and manages conflicts within group.

       Performs team assessments and evaluations.

       Efficiently identifies and solves project issues.

       Demonstrates leadership to define requirements for project risk.

       Designs and maintain technical and project documentation.

       Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.

       Liaise with the staff of HPD and project teams

       Collaboratively work with TSD technical managers to assemble and coordinate project staff dedicated to the project

       Assist TSD Senior Management in the evaluation of project management tools, the assessment of project management reporting approaches and standards

 

 

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

 

1.    Minimum 5-10 years of project management or IT Management.

2.    Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating and/supporting IT business processes

3.    Demonstrate understanding of project management life-cycle methodology.

4.    Scheduling and budgeting experience.

5.    Strong collaboration, relationship management communication and written skills.

6.    Good judgment, logical thinker and detail oriented.

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE :

1.    Familiarity with Oracle database architecture and design

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

 

       Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field

       Satisfactory reference checks.

       PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred

 

 

POSITION 4

Role : SR. QA III
Location : NY

Description :

Minimum 8+ years of experience required


The candidate should have demonstrated experience with QA as it relates to :
 Optimizing applications, diagnose and resolve QA errors as well as alter implementation of business rules. Verify that the code is configured properly, authorized and authenticated. Ascertain that the code provided is indeed implemented with  caching; configuration and implementation within a  session state. Perform the QA function on installed and configured server services.
